Rothco G.I. ALICE Pack Without Frame, Medium
Made of 600 Denier Polyester with a waterproof lining, these rugged packs are ideal for the outdoors. Three large vented outside pockets and accessory loops keep necessary items handy. Padded kidney pad and shoulder straps provide comfort even with heavy loads. Dimensions: Medium Pack, 20˝ x 19˝ x 11˝; Large Pack, 22˝ x 20˝ x 19˝.

When I received this pack, I found that it is a Rothco. I was expecting genuine GI equipment, not aftermarket stuff. It looks like a pretty decent pack, and I'm not going to return it. The website should have said more accurately that this pack does not come from a government supply chain.
First off, I ordered this on Wednesday, got free shipping, and received it on Friday of the same week. WOW. It was very well packaged and new as described. So as for Forestry Suppliers, you ROCK! The Alice pack was what I wanted with a couple of minor drawbacks. My last issue in the Army had much better stitching. The Kidney pad was a huge let down. It was very thin and with only 25ish pounds in the pack I could feel the metal. The bag is very large and took everything I had stuffed in my 85 liter bag, with plenty of room to spare. I recommend it, but be aware that you will need to replace or modify the kidney pad. Thanks Forestry Suppliers
