Criss-cross shoulder straps provide even, steady, comfortable support. Bottom support plate spreads load evenly across your lower abdomen. Commercial spreader has large enclosed gears and a 40-pound capacity. Features rustproof hopper with adjusting plates for spread pattern, three-hole drop pattern, and rain cover. Lays 8´–12´ swath.

I have used these for years. They are very effective for distributing seed, fertilizer, lime, etc. I use it for my lawn and foodplots. It must be cleaned after fertilizer application or it will rust. I highly recommend this spreader.
great product but the strap is uncomfortable
Earthway Model 3100 The shoulder harness is great but attaching to the seeder is difficult, and the straps are too short. Lengthened them by adding a clip on each side which also make the attachment easier. The way the seeds or fertilizer have to sling out results in them covering the cranking arm, legs, and feet.
