My wife and I both have a pair of Felco pruners. She has the model with the rotating handles. They are easy on your hand tendons when you are doing a lot of pruning. I have the number 2s. The leverage and adjustable opening Make them a powerful pruner that I can use for an extended period of time. I clip up all of my apple tree pruning s and the Felcos are great for that. Now the disclosure. We’ve both had our pruners for over 50 years. I’m 77 and she’s 74. What other garden tool do you have that’s 50 years old? Felco cable cutters are great too.
These pruners work very well. No issues so far.
These pruners are great and hold up well. Well worth the investment. Make sure to get a holster and carbide sharpener as well.
