Dynamax PR2/4 Profile Probe, 40 cm
The PR2/4 provides precise soil moisture profile measurements down to 40 cm by emitting an electromagnetic field from four sensing rings, penetrating into the surrounding soil and providing water content measurement at varying depths through the soil profile. This patented sensing technology allows for measurement in a range of soil types and across a wide range of nutrient levels, including saline soil conditions. To get started, install an access tube (sold separately) in the ground, insert the PR2/4 Probe into the tube, and then use an HH2 Moisture Meter (sold separately) to instantly display readings. Ideal for multi-site measurements, you can install multiple access tubes in different locations and then use a single PR2/4 Probe and HH2 Moisture Meter to take measurements at each location. Measurements recorded by the HH2 Moisture Meter can be uploaded to a PC for data analysis and graphing.
