Designed to help you navigate all of your adventures, this rugged handheld GPS is also equipped with inReach® satellite technology to provide global two-way messaging and interactive SOS capability (subscription required). In addition, Live Tracking allows followers to see your progress, ping your device to view your GPS location, and exchange messages. The Montana 710i features preloaded TopoActive maps, a glove-friendly 5" color touchscreen, and multi-GNSS satellite network support. High-resolution satellite imagery is available with subscription-free, direct-to-device downloads via Wi-Fi® connection, and a 32 GB memory capacity allows for additional map storage. ABC sensors include an altimeter for elevation data, a barometer to monitor weather, and a 3-axis electronic compass. Pair with the Garmin Explore™ app to manage waypoints, courses, and activities. Explore for up to 24 hours in GPS mode and up to 440 hours in ultralow-powered Expedition mode. Meets MIL-STD 810 for thermal, shock, and vibration; rated IPX7 for water-resistance.
