Sper Scientific IR Thermometer with Dew Point Alert
Quickly detect areas prone to mold and mildew growth with this infrared thermometer! Simply aim the thermometer at questionable areas and then scan to obtain the surface temperature. The device simultaneously measures ambient air temperature, relative humidity, and dew point. Surface temperature is then compared to the air conditions to predict the possibility of condensation on that surface. A green LED changes to yellow and then red as temperatures approach dew point, and an audible alarm indicates increasing moisture levels during scanning. Features dual-point lasers, a large backlit display, and a hold function. Includes carrying case, 9V battery, and instruction manual. Five-year manufacturer’s warranty.
